5) Photos, Face Data, and Biometrics
- Photos are used to generate grid collages and previews.
- Unless you choose a cloud feature, processing happens on-device.
- Outputs are stored locally on your device by default.
- Collage history (e.g., generated items, timestamps, layout settings) is typically stored on your device and is not uploaded unless you choose a cloud feature.
- No facial recognition and no biometric identifiers.
- Not used for marketing profiles; and not used to train third-party models.
6) Optional Server-Side Processing, Including AI-Assisted Features (If Enabled)
Some optional features may require uploading images and/or text to our servers for processing, including AI-assisted capabilities if offered.
- Processed on our servers controlled by PistaCycle Team.
- No third-party sharing of uploaded images/text for this processing.
- Deleted immediately after processing completes (subject to short-lived technical necessity).
- User-controlled: you decide whether to upload by using the feature.
8) International Data Transfers
We may process information outside your country. Where required, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other lawful mechanisms.
9) Data Security
- Encryption in transit and, where appropriate, at rest.
- Access controls and least-privilege practices.

10) Data Retention
- Account information: for the duration of your account.
- After account deletion: delete/anonymize within 30 days (subject to legal needs).

The App is intended for users aged 17+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

When you export/share content to third-party services you choose, their privacy practices are governed by their policies, not this one.
